Light Duty Carriers
When you need to get the job done, count on Jerr-Dan 6 ton aluminum carriers. They are exceptionally engineered to be tough and reliable with decks available in widths of 96” and 102” and in lengths of 19’, 20’ and 21’. Our aluminum decks are constructed of extruded floor planks and have 12,000 lb. capacities. Jerr-Dan’s No-Lube™ slide pads and pivot joints on the subframe drastically reduce maintenance costs over the life of the carrier. They also provide best-in-class workmanship, paint finish, and hose/harness tracking systems. With our exclusive patented Galvanized Steel Beam Technology™, you’ll get unparalleled strength compared to any aluminum carrier design in the industry.
Some jobs are as tough as steel, which is why you need Jerr-Dan’s 6 ton steel carrier, which is exceptionally engineered, tough and reliable with a 12,000 lb. capacity. The deck is available in widths of 96” and 102” and in deck lengths of 19’, 20’ and 21’. All steel decks are constructed of 3/16” single sheet decking and No-Lube™ slide pads and pivot joints on the subframe drastically reduce maintenance costs over the life of the carrier. Medium Duty Carriers
Engineered and built to bring you relentless performance, Jerr-Dan’s 7.5 ton steel carrier is a heavyweight with 22′, 24′, 26′ or 28′ deck lengths and a 15,000 lb. capacity. Loading and unloading angles are extremely low because all 7.5 ton carriers have a full 11 feet of slide cylinder stroke, giving you the flexibility to handle mid-size loads as well as regular cars. The automotive grade electrical system, standard on all Jerr-Dan carriers, features plug-n-play weather-sealed connectors and wiring. Get the look you want with removable tubular steel or polished aluminum blade rails. The 7.5 ton steel carrier is designed to utilize the full payload capacity of a single rear axle chassis so you get the most for your money.
Heavy Duty Carrier

Available in single, tandem or tri-axle body configurations, it boasts a 50,000 lb. two-stage wrecker boom with dual 25,000 lb. planetary winches and 200’ of 5/8” diameter cable per winch and a 28,000 lb. underlift. The aluminum and composite body is corrosion-resistant and mounted to the subframe using rubber isolators to reduce vibration and stress in the body. The molded composite panels can be individually replaced in the field, and the body is color matched to the chassis with a class-A paint finish. Add Jerr-Dan’s optional 14,000 lb. heavy duty tire lift to maximize its power.

With an effective reach of nearly 10’, the integrated underlift provides negative and positive tilt. The 30 ton integrated wrecker is equipped with a 60,000 lb. two-stage wrecker boom, dual 25,000 lb. planetary winches with 200’ of 5/8” diameter cable per winch and a 35,000 lb. underlift. You can choose from single or tandem axle body configurations. This heavy duty wrecker delivers power and capacity along with the quality technology and reliability you count on from Jerr-Dan. The recovery boom is a 70,000 lb. two-stage, with dual 25,000 lb. planetary winches and 200’ of 5/8” diameter cable per winch. Available independent underlifts include the UL530 underlift with 53,000 lb. retracted and 17,000 lb. extended at 144” and the UL565 underlift with 48,000 lb. retracted and 17,600 lb. extended at 181”. Choose from tandem or tri-axle body configurations.
